Our founder Cat’s main goal is to encourage and provide a wide range of health, wellbeing and fitness modalities suitable for anybody looking to enhance their overall health.
With many years of experience and advanced training in multiple areas you will be in trusted hands and we can promise you we have something suitable for everybody.
With over 10 years of experience working in the NHS, Private Sector and several sports teams as an Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist, being a certified Pilates instructor, Specialising in Orthopaedic Medicine in the NHS and completing a post-graduate certificate in Medicine Management and completing Advanced Aesthetic Training, Our founder Cat has brought all of her training and experience together to offer a variety of modalities that will help enhance your health, wellbeing and fitness.
